Buy some castor wedges from snake racing (probably others available too) and insert them between the rear axle and springs to rotate the axle up a little and correct the angle.

I can confirm the ARB plate for transfer case is mounted to the case iteself. Its a stuipd design.

However, the rest of it is very strong and mine has taken lots of abuse.
