Re: New Member: Scanguage 2 X-Gauges

Hi
I just had a look at Stewart's Scanguage PID Calculator and note the only options are for vehicles with a DPF.
Check it out here https://www.saeb.net/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=57

Hi all, Totally new to this ForScan thingy, but looking to learn all about teaching my XLT that its ok for 'Navigation in Motion' when there is a passenger in the front seat ;) The only way you will get that to work is remove it from your vehicle & send it to Stewart & he will make it work.

Hi.
Yes it can only be done with Forscan so that leaves you with two options.
One is to get someone to do it for you.
Two is to read the forums and learn how to do it yourself.
Lots of info here...https://www.saeb.net/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=14

Just accept the DPF, all modern diesel engines have them.
They don't like slow, stop/start driving, so important to give the car a good run every now & then.

Hi. Using Forscan you can change the tank size from 80lt to 140 lts. The vehicle will re-calibrate itself after a few tanks. The fuel gauge will not move until you have covered anywhere from 200 to 300 klms. Accuracy is totally reliant on how well the float arm was bent when installed, a couple of d...
