Hi, you can't change the tank size with Forscan in a PX1, you are stuck with what you have.

No oil pressure either, that I am aware of

There are a lot of PID's in the OBDlink that aren't suitable for a Ranger.
The Aussie Ranger doesn't have an Oil Temp sensor so that is one that will not work

Some dealers will Enable Duel Battery mode, some won't.
Some will charge you, some won't.
If you get it serviced at Ford ask the dealer.
If you don't have success anyone with Forscan can do it.

You will have to buy an Obdlink Bluetooth dongle, or an Ultraguage or Scanguage
The later 2 are stand alone, the OBDLink requires a phone or tablet.

I can turn the throttle response way down and remove wheel spin, exactly what is needed in sand
