Hi , new to this , I have 2016 ranger xls 3.2 looking into setting up the forscan to change a few things including recalibrating wheel size. But only have MacBook at the moment so will have get another laptop. Be good if I could use the MacBook tho.

You can and I have for about 5 years. You can set you machine up to dual boot and I do mainly use Windows on my MacBook.
