Im Ned, live in South Yarra, VIC (soon to be Footscray) and just picked up a 2017 XL 3.2A with 92000kms.
Plans are to build it up to spend a year or so travelling around Australia, kicking off in may next year when my lease is up.
I will be doing quite extensive mods, mainly focusing on the suspension. I will be going with prerunner style, custom fabricated long travel setup.
Custom built +3" wider front UCA/LCA and 2.5" Kings coilovers, trying for 12-14" of wheel travel
Spring under conversion in the rear, with custom upper shock mounts, Deavers 62" race pack (USA leaf spring manufactuer) 2.5" triple bypass Kings shocks and hoping to acheive 16-18" wheel travel.
Will be looking to do other mods here and there, such as adding BiXenon headlights with a factory DRL function, which is why I joined here, because of Saeb's DRL pin kit.
