Hi All,

It's taken me a while to post as I didn't read the instructions
Every time I logged in, I would only see introductions, so it took me until now to work it out....Lol

Anyway, looking forward to learning more and helping out others with what I've learnt.

Cheers,
Bob.

Hey Bob,
Stewart tells me you have Just done an aftermarket install with RCA lineouts from ACM and reprogramming with forscan.

Did you just modify the C240A harness and got 4ch rca, or both C240A and C240B to get a non fading subwoofer output?

I modified only the C240A harness with 4 speaker out wiring then into a Hertz DSP which gives me 4ch out + 1ch for sub.
This makes the subwoofer non-fading but you still have sub control through the remote of the DSP.
I didn't go directly behind the deck though.
I took the feed for the front from kick panels and the rears the centre pillar. I didn't fancy taking the dash apart..

The Hertz doesn't have RCA inputs but the hardwired inputs accept low or hi level.
If it had RCA in, I would have terminated RCA's straight onto the end of the speaker wires after doing the reprogramming.
