Not an easy process but it can be done.
Hema or any app for that matter, it is mirroring the phones screen which is brilliant and free.

Not an easy video to make as I recorded with ipad then recorded ipad with phone to upload. Its a pretty quick and dirty upload and does look better than what the video deserves.
