Driver fatigue alert

This morning for the first time since I received my Ranger mid 2016, it warned me that I am fatigued and should take a break lol. This happened on a straight stretch of freeway about halfway into my 18 minute trip to work at around 08:00, I was certainly not drowsy or sleepy, and I doubt that I wander left and right in my lane but the system must have detected that I did. I just found it strange that it thought I needed a break now given that when I just got the car I frequently played with / tested the lane detection and steering correction features and it never thought I was fatigued then.

So tired you didn't even know you were tired. See it's that smart :)

I've had it go off on a long drive a couple of times. Yep, I took a break. ;-) Seems to work okay... I'm not entirely sure what the triggering criteria was. It wasn't asleep and weaving though, it was something more subtle.

Hi it will trigger if the lane departure is active and you cross the lane without indicating a few times. Turn my lane departure off now
