I downloaded a 2015/16 manual from
cardiagn . com
They also have a 2019 manual.
Looks to be genuine info.
I couldn't see how to download it all at once so just did file by file.

I went to the site, but it detected I was running an adblocker and asked me to whitelist the site. Normally, I would do this if the site looks innocent enough. However, between Adblock Plus and Ghostery, there were at least 10 ads and 27 trackers associated with this site for me, so I didn't whitelist it.

Yes its a battle online now, I cleared all cookies etc after being on the site. It was a while ago and havent had any problems.
I have now gone from google to firefox and startpage as a search engine. Startpage has an anonymous view which I think works like a VPN,
Im no great wiz with online security so not sure if its the best thing but seems ok and dont have adds following me now.
It also have a container for Facebook which seems ok, but my next step will be to get off FB altogether.
