Ranger Mods

As the title says...

A week, or so, ago i updated my maps on 2018 Wildtrak, and all went well... EVen got the verification file back on the USB so i can send update infot to Fords website...

But every time i start the Ranger i get "Installation in progress" message... Everything works great and maps really are updated (i can see new highway that was built last year) but that message is just so damn annoying...

Any tips?

Factory reset maybe?

Take the USB stick out of the port and it should not come back.

If it continues to do so then plug it in again and repeat to.see it it clears up.

For everyone else reading this, be clear it is a Euro model and they can do their own maps updates, will save some questions from the locals.

stick is out for the last week...
did try pluging it back in... no luck...

Did the map update include a System update? If not and it is seperate, try doing a system update again as it will always update the OS is the second part of the flash then change to that on reboot.
