2.0L Bi-Turbo Throttle body clean

I took my ranger raptor into ford for it's 30,000km service today, shortly after they rung and told me they recommend a throttle body clean for an additional $165. I declined this as it's not part of the service schedule, just what ford called "recommend preventative maintenance", and I wanted to do my research before committing too anything.
I have cleaned throttle body's and carburettors myself on petrol vehicles I have previously owned, so I figured this was something I could probably do myself and save some $$. Though I have never serviced a turbo charged or diesel vehicle.
My questions are:
How often should the throttle body be cleaned? (there is no mention of it at all in the service guide)
Can anyone actually point out where it is located on the 2.0L Bi- Turbo motor?
Do I simply remove it and spray it out with throttle body cleaner?
*I've attached some images of the engine bay + what I "think" is the throttle body that should be cleaned, based on my assumption that the air intake flows through the air box, then through both turbos, through the intercooler, before arriving at the throttle body that then leads to the intake manifold*
