Services Wanted - Re-programming DTE / LR tank size

Services wanted - an older bloke i work with has a 2015 PX2 dual cab with an Ironman 4x4 140l long range tank.
He wants to have the DTE / Tank Size changed for obvious reasons.
Is there anybody that would be in a position to assist him? I am sure he would pay a reasonable price for services rendered.
He lives about an hour and a half north of Melbourne but works in the Melbourne CBD and will travel.

Yes he is a very busy guy plus he just went back to work from holidays.
