kuga stop start

Hi I have a 2014 ford kuga is there a way to turn off stop start crap?
Not a given as I will have to go through a ton of data but try;
726-01-07 xxxx-xxx0-xxxx to xxxx-xxx2-0000
This is the only relavance in the BCM anyway. It could well be controlled by another module or the PCM. If no go then send me PCM save asbuilt if Forscan has access to it.
