Hello y’all,

I bought a Mustang style headlight (motorised) for my PX2. Its an XLT with the high beam bulbs as DRL. Installation was pretty easy. Plug n Play. I saw a post here that something needed to be done on forscan after installation. Can anybody please elaborate what must be done on forscan?

The headlights are HIDs. And they use some kinda flaps to open for full beams.

There has only been one user from memory that has mentioned or fitted them.

Your best bet is to go back to that thread and send that user a PM.

If you still have problems, send me the wiring diagrams and I will have a look.

I bought my wife a 2018 Mustang that has the LED headlights. There is some wizardry involved, as the lights raise and lower as the car noses down or up into parking garages.
