2017 Ranger XLT with tech pack

Had a massive stone chip take out the front windscreen and the glass needs to be replaced.

A few places Im getting quotes at are harping on about needing to recalibrate the cameras and quoting higher than what I consider reasonable.

I have one quote from a guy who can do it substantially lower but says he cant do the calibration. Is that something I can do with Forscan?

Yes, it would appear so.
In the Service Procedures there should be an IPMA entry titled Lane Departure Warning System Camera calibration .
The procedure is as follows but I suspect it doesn't happen 99% of the time, even with windscreen replacement.

Camera Alignment
Camera alignment is required for the lane keeping alert and lane keeping aid to function correctly. The procedure is initiated using the scan tool and requires about 10 minutes of driving above 65 km/h to complete. If the alignment is unsuccessful, check the interior mirror for proper installation. The IPMA camera alignment procedure
should be performed when any of the following occur:
-Windshield replacement
-Change in tyre size
-Suspension repair, alignment or modifications
-Front air bag deployment
-Interior mirror replacement

Good to know, cheers!

Interesting about the tyre size as well. I swap regularly.
