Hi

Rear face of centre console feels like it clips on?

Do I just have to man up and pull hard on it to get it off?

Can't see any screws inside or out.

It will pull off, but there are also 2 torx screws that can only be gotten to properly with the console removed, to do it properly anyway.

So just pull directly backward?
Then the torx screws will appear?

If you pull it off directly it will usually pull off around the screws. To do properly and without possibly breaking anything the console should be removed.

Even if it does pull off cleanly, putting it back on again is an issue due to the screws.

Console is not difficult to pull out and can be done in 10 to 20 mins.

Ah, so you are saying the screws are at the front.

And I have to remove the entire centre console, not just the rear face? (Where the power is)

Basically yes. The 2 x screws are hidden the rest holds together with clips.

Although you can forcibly pull it off without damage, as I have, putting it back together properly means removing the whole console.
