Is it possible to get rid of the warning splash screen that comes on when you start. I cannot find it in the menu and wondered if there was a quick fix.Image

Never seen it so I have no idea. It's probably to do with the country code that the unit is set on for your region so in essence you could change that to another country but may lose other functions for your country.

Thanks, I was wondering why I haven't seen anyone else asking about it on the internet. I will have to go through the settings again and see if I can figure it out.

In Forscan ( latest version ) select your correct sync version and go to Country Code or whatever it is called. Make a note of it first or better, back the module up first, then change it to AS, write, ignition off for a few minutes and see what happens. This could or could not affect your emergency dialling or other international functions though.
