Hey everyone, wondering if anyone has any ideas on what’s possible with converting from PX2 to PX3 is there a way to make push button start and the handles work? Does anyone know how to make the PX3 headlights and switch work in a PX2? I don’t think the 10sp shifter will work with my 6sp so I haven’t tried that yet but any help would be appreciated

I guess 20k to make push to start work with new components, possibly more and if used parts it would be cheaper to buy a wrecked PX3. Also being your are 2015 model the are a bunch of various others factors to take into account.

There are multiple threads regarding the headlights and has been done by many.

10sp will not work with 6sp, all functions and components to do with the shifter are entirely different.

Simon says, buy a PX3.

Cheers Stewart,

I thought that might be the case but was worth asking the question, I do own a wrecked PX3 so have every component there, wasn’t sure if there was a module somewhere that I could take from it and remove part of the loom to make it work, by the sounds too hard and just leave it as it is!

Thanks, I will go searching and find a thread regarding the lights to make it work.

Once I get everything done I will be parting out all
Unused components of the PX3, of you would like the BCM or any parts for R&D let me know

All doors handles, steering column, specific tuned PCM, BCM, PATS security to be redone, internal wiring loom, I'm only getting started... to get a passive key working.

Always looking for something to fill gaps on the test bench at home, feel free to send me some happy snaps of what is left of the vehicle and we can go from there. A VIN would be cool also.

I may be going past there tomorrow so give me a heads up if anything works.

Thanks.

All sounds too hard to start it with a button and not the key. It is literally still a complete driving car, I will PM you
