Yeah... I've just figured out though using DRL has solved my issue.

So my lights are on all the time but now with no chimes, at all.

Anyone know of TPMS menu working for PX2 Sync 3?

Sync3 options have been collated from various sources and I have not tested them or put any info towards them.

No you will not break anything with non asbuilt.
Fault codes, check for fault codes and you will find out pretty quick.
No need to disconnect, it is just telling you as part of the process. Personally, I never cycle ignition until I have completely finished.
Thanks Stew,
Feedback:
- successfully turned off seat belts, door chimes
- tweaked fog lights to remember last position
- intelligent 4wd - only shows "power/traction" to each wheel (disabled)
- intelligent 4wd mode - only shows "normal" on dash (disabled)
- offroad gauges - pitching left/right works ok, but no data on front/back
- tweaked tyre size - gps is now a lot closer to odometer and speedometer
- climate control added to menu

There's a lot of cool info on your site mate :ugeek:
Cheers Dreese
Hi Dreese,

These are useless on a Ranger really.

- intelligent 4wd - only shows "power/traction" to each wheel (disabled)
- intelligent 4wd mode - only shows "normal" on dash (disabled)

Tons of info about only steering working on

- offroad gauges - pitching left/right works ok, but no data on front/back

Enjoy and glad you made some changes that have made life a little nicer.

Yes mine still sings too.

As they should, yes, and is why you just leave it in auto mode or start draining your battery.

I have always left my lights on Auto, I even paid Ford to remove the chimes as I couldn't get Forscan to do it. (I hadn't realised it was because the lights were on Auto)

So looks like my wish of Auto lights and no chime will ever come into existence! :|

What chimes are you actually talking about? I have removed chimes in over 400 Ranger and Everest's and never had this issue once.

If you never had the cluster update done then there a 2 areas for chimes that need to be disabled. If you are having issues with chimes with key still in the ignition then this is totally different and approx 3 up from the door open vehicle running chimes options I have put one there for this specific chime. Disable it.

If Ford removed the chimes then it is the option I have just listed as this is what was changed in the Ford update.

If you still have options then post a screen shot of your non asbuilt options for the IPC so I can see the problem.

Hey team

No matter whether Forscan is stock or modded, I have an IPMA DTC Fault.
I don't notice any issue with the car yet.
Anybody know if this is an issue long term:-

===IPMA DTC U3000:96-68===
Code: U3000 - Control Module

Additional Fault Symptom:
- Component Internal Failure

Status:
- Previously Set DTC - Not Present at Time of Request
- Malfunction Indicator Lamp is Off for this DTC
- Test not complete

Module: Image Processing Module A

===END IPMA DTC U3000:96-68===

Cheers

Have seen this on a few modules over the years but have never had one that still was not operating correctly. If still in warranty then hit them up, if not ignore it unless lane assist is not working correctly.

No. I don't think it's in Ford's software either from memory.

Hey mate
im trying to change my fuel tank size on my PX2. I originally had one of them cheap ebay elm327 things that allowed me full access. Then i didnt use my forscan for a few months and my license ran out. i purchased a new 3 year license and one of your dongles fro this original post link. it still not allowing me to see the modules i need to change then tank size? what should have been a quick 2 min job has now turned into a massive job of stupid updates and purchases and im still no further then i was. i just have less hair now from pulling it out over this. Can you please help mate?

Which version of Windows are you running?
Did you purchase the correct dongle?
Never heard of issues with the dongle from this website.

I have a similar dongle I bought a while ago, but the same as the ones from here. Apparently the driver which Win10 loaded automatically was not correct. When Stewart did my TSR he first had to change mine to the correct driver in order to get it to function properly. Maybe you have a similar driver issue?

Just send me a message and I'm happy to help. With little to no information provided, I'm more than happy to log on if you are having an issue as I have done for others and resolve any issues they may have had.

Please either send me a personal message with your contact details, install team viewer then we can sort it out or contact the Forscan developers on their website and ask them about the issues also. I think you may find deleting your existing vehicle profile may resolve the issue but if not post some screen shots so we can see a module list.

I can guarantee 100% that a cheap ELM327 cannot access every module so not sure what you had in the beginning but some more info would go a long way.

Thanks.

Hey Team

Are there tweaks available to remember seat position, or after market modules?
PX2 2017 Sync 3.

Cheers

Never seen anything. Your issue would be that there is how would the seat know what position it is currently in? There required sensors would not be there.

Anyone know how to make fog lights turn on with low beams? I have a wildtrak MK3 2019

When the low beams come on automatically, I have to manually switch on the fogs

Forscan has the option for PX2 - "DRL- remember last position"

Have mine on as driving lights, dont know how, think it was Forscan DRL but ended up clicking two boxes
So have parkers and fogs on at same time, also ramped up the voltage of the alternator a notch
Next stage to upgrade the globes in the fogs to give more penetration in the dust

Different models in Uk have different ratios, like 4x4 towing axle, 4x4 economy axle 4x2 etc.

I realize this is an old thread, and I'm a Ranger newbie, so apologies if these next questions are answered elsewhere.

i) Does a Ford dealer normally agree to perform the SW change to cater for the ARB 140L tank? (being fitted today)
ii) If so, what's the going rate to do it?
iii) Lastly, if on say the next service, they load the latest Firmware/Software updates, does that overwrite the change?

I'm reasonably computer savvy and have no issues giving this a crack myself by ordering the dongle etc., just trying to make an informed decision :D

Thanks
