Ranger Mods

Good day you all.
My Ford had a dead battery tried jump start it, it will just crank but not fire. I replaced the battery but still the same, I tried to scan for DTCs but nothing is picking up.
Please help

Mine did the same i used my ultra gauge to clear codes it fired right up that was after charging with external charger for the day
