Wildtrak to XL head unit upgrade

Hi, I currently have the a PX2 XT and have bought a screen/controls out of a PX2 Wildtrak. These do not directly plug in so need some assistance. I have been told a Sync 2 interface may work but wondering if there is any other way? Thx

Best off just buying a conversion harness for Ford SYNC 1 to SYNC 2 & SYNC 3.
Doubtful you will find one locally so look overseas, amazon etc. I do not stock not make anything for these due to minimal enquiries.

Thank you for your help.
So do I need to buy a harness and then buy a Sync unit or will the harness get the upgraded unit to plug straight in?

Will plug into your existing Sync 1 loom and convert to Sync 2/3
