Hi Stewart,
After upgrading to Sync 3 v3.0 my keyboard won't display Qwerty keyboard as default.
Can you advise if this is possible?

Never thought of it until you raised it.

I just went out and set the cluster to English Aus and also changed the keyboard to Qwerty but after a 30sec power cycle I also see that is defaults back. I think I may have read of this issue in other parts of the world a day or so ago, so I'm hoping when the next update comes out it is resolved.

Will keep you posted if I find anything else in the asbuilt when I go though it next time.

Did you ever find an answer to this? I just updated to 3.0 and I don’t have a keyboard option in settings anymore

I have an MY2019 Everest Ambiente, and it doesn't have a qwerty keyboard for navigation input. I have never seen a setting for changing the type of keyboard input. Is it possible to change/enable it? The non-qwerty keyboard drives me crazy!

I don't think any of them do. I have heard the complaints here and overseas before and am unsure if the latest update resolves it.

It can be changed but on an ignition cycle it will revert at least on my version anyway.
