anyone knows how i can do like a factory reset on my ranger?
took it to a dealer for a software update and apparently it didnt work as it was supposed to and now my powertrain light is on and cruise control does not work. nothing ive tried so far works.

Software update has nothing to do with as-built changes. If Ford did an update then no as-built was changed to fix.

There is no such thing as a factory reset.

More information on DTCs etc. Would be helpful to see what the issue is.
