Using TPMS sensor from spare wheel

Hey guys,

2019 PX3 Wildtrak 3.2L 6 sp. manual

Recently changed new tyres, kept factory wheels, long story short, damaged a sensor.
Took the sensor from the spare wheel and fitted it in the wheel to be used on the car
Just put a regular normal valve in the spare as it sits in the cradle anyway until I get a new sensor for it.

Initially it showed 0 psi, so driving it around after 15-20kms the malfunction warning has come up, admittedly I forgot to reset the system after fitting tyres. Gave it a reset through the little menu on the dash. My question is will the warning come up again after I drive for a while or do I need to 'program' that sensor I took from the spare into one of the wheels currently on the car or is it self-learning so I don't need to muck about with the process etc.

I've had a look through the forum but haven't exactly pinpointed something similar to my case, only found the learning process with the TPMS tool etc. and somewhere someone saying PX2 only recognises 4 sensors, however PX3 recognises all 5?

Cheers

The WT comes with a sensor in the spare.
It won't show because the sensor is sleeping until it wakes with rotation.
There are 4 wheels monitored but there can be up to 6 if enabled with Forscan, 2 on a trailer for example.
