Hey Guys,

My airbag light is staying on, flashing 5 and 4, then on all the time.
There are no codes showing that I didnt already know about.

I removed the front passenger seat and checked the connections and they seemed ok.
Looked through a few 10 and 15 amp fuses, all ok.
Before I take it back to FORD, any suggestions ?

The diagnostic tests for SRS are fairly extensive and require removing/installing fuses at the right time. If you don't have the diag manual (downloadable from Motorcraft website - 3 days for about $35) leave it to someone else to resolve.

Have removed seats, airbags, door looms etc. in my PX2 with no issues before. Some with battery on and some with battery off.

I suggest you still post your DTC info in full anyway, starting a new fresh profile when doing so.

The only DTC I have relate to the missing rear seat, and one for the faulty 150w Inverter. No other codes. So probably just going to take back to Ford.
