Newby found this site to fix TPMS issues

G'day
I have a PX3 XLT that recently had new tyres put on and since then the TPMS hasn't worked. I found the TPMS reset tool online and this brought me here.
I have tried to reset the TPMS through the steering wheel menu three times but this doesn't change anything (3 tyres read 38, the other reads 1 PSI). I am about to try putting it into reset mode manually and letting air pressure out to see is this works.
Any help is appreciated.
