I've sent the screenshot via PM, Stuart.

Also, in 726-26-01

It's set to 0101 0003 015A

when I tried changing it to xxxx xxxx x3xx
it gave an error Writing blocks failed - incompatible configuration.

After that it changed back to the original setting.

Anyone know what the TPMS menu displays? I'm about to fit aftermarket wheels and have bought extra Ford sensors to install in them and have seen the process for putting the vehicle into learning mode etc but does the TPMS menu allow you to display the individual air pressures?

I know I could just enable to these things but I'd rather not make a lot of changes and just limit to the ones I "must have". So far that's only silent mode but when I get around to getting an extended fuel tank I'll do the size for that as well.

As above DO NOT change anything todo with APIM if you have sync3..
Hi Stewart et al,

Is anyone exploring APIM codes for Sync3?

Would dearly like to be able to input while moving...

Cheers, Ian

Ian, I'm not sure what different... and I don't think I've modified anything that would impact on this, but I can input whatever I want while moving. Mines a January 2017 build with Sync3.

Hi Gerry, I wish... Mine is a Nov 2016, and as soon as I do 4km or more, it locks off from any input on the screen including phone keyboard, searching contacts, SMS etc. Damn annoying...as not even your passenger can input.

The TPMS menu display on the Ranger option is "reset tyres" pretty crap really no pressure displayed at all.
Im running Torque Pro and that shows each tyre and the pressures.

Does anyone know if you can get a ambient tempreature display on the screen of an XL? It has menu settings but no display anywhere.

Thanks Mick, that would be appreciated. Not a huge issue and I completely understand the safety rationale for having such, but annoying when your passenger is also locked out and you have to stop the car to dial a number...:-)

G'day Ian,
Sorry for the late reply, I've had a look through my settings and can't find anything that would turn on input while in motion sorry.
I'd speak with your Ford dealer about a sync3 update, Ive been told by my dealer that there is an update it may fix the problem.

cheers
Mick

Ahh, so I already have that enabled then as I've seen that option. Pretty pointless really. I could set it up via the Scangauge but think that's better used for other gauges. Thanks.

Unfortunately there firmware in the IPC does not have any other TPMS gauges.

May I get some advice please?
Im a bit confused with DRL options.

I would like the parkers to be the DRL's.
I want to keep Lane Assist (I see options for disable or enable lane assist in the spreadsheet)
All the options listed have me worried about changing.

Thank you
John

So... I just realised I could scroll a bit more to the right on the spreadsheet :)
And understand the disable/enable lane assist
Still confused though,
Do we need to change both IPC and BCM modules etc AND allow choices at 726-50-01 ?

Thank you again

Resolved. It was dark so any testing would show as not working due to low beams switch drl's off.

So DRL's do not work unless switch is in the AUTO position and light enough outside that the head lights have not turned themselves on yet.

No, XL does not have a temp sensor.

XLS and up have temp sensors.

Thanks Lonski, have these been tested on a Ranger or Everest? Pretty sure these were off a F150 that has monitors trailer lights and shows them on the display if they are out.

I have never had a problem with the PX2 and LED trailer lights by the way.
