Button back lighting

Where are people taking a power source for the back lights on switches?
I have installed a light force switch panel and to my surprise there is nothing about the wiring for this. I have looked around and tried a google search but nothing really comes up.
The wiring diagrams I have seen didnt really help.
If someone has a wiring diagram for the center concsil or the head light switch or some pictures of where you have picked up power from that would be great.
