cambio de unidades de consumo

es posible cambiar con el FORSCAN la unidad de consumo de km/l a L/100 km?, como se hace
y ademas me gustaria saber si es posible eliminar el limitador de velocidad maxima.
vehiculo: ford ranger xlt 4x4 2013 motor 3.2 puma

With Forscan the speed limiter is an option to change on a PX1, PX2 are not speed limited.
Sorry you will need to translate better about the km /l etc.

He wants to change the fuel consumption units of measure from km/l to l/100 km.

ok sorry about my english, I dont now wich its my ranger , it a 2012 T6 with 3.2 puma engine (the forscan recognaized like mazda BT50 ), I think its posible to change the unit because the manual show that. but may be its as built in diferents countrys.
speed limiter its in PCM module

thanks , I think its impossible with forscan way to change anything in Ranger/bt50/px1..
