Nice work Stewart, got the golden spanner on Friday after playing in the mud, scanned at work and P040D it is! Might see if warranty covers it ;)

Update: Got my EGT sensor replaced under warranty last week, happy as Larry. Now I have more time to save up for exhaust/EGR delete/DPF delete/tune

Ha, I thought this site would have the answer!
My PX2 has been having intermittent problems under acceleration uphill, especially if towing even light loads. No codes at first but them the spanner and DTC P040D-00 EGR Temperature Sensor "A" Circuit High. Keeps coming and going. Had the mechanics stumped. Off to speak to them again. Another success on a great site. Thanks Stewart! PP
