Just trying to figure out if it IS the drivers side motor or not and if it is how difficult it is to replace / fix

Basically motor that close and open vents.

Recirc is this one https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Genuine-For ... 3105665669

Cheapest was is remove then and clean the grease from the copper tracks.

I did a run down on this one here https://www.facebook.com/groups/rangerm ... 4763355910 but they will all have the same issue.

I've read your previous article and cleaned up both the motors in the passenger footwell previously.
While it was still in warranty the guys at Fraud said it might be the one in the drivers side and it's a prick to remove and replace. It was when I saw Right temp damper in the faults, I thought it may have been the drivers side one.

Looks like I'll attacking those two again before my trip for NY.

Cleaned up both the recirc / fresh actuator and zone actuator tonight. Had a look at the temperature actuators. Now these things are a right pain in the sphincter!
The passenger side one will need a hole to be drilled to access one screw and the drivers side one looks like a dash removal job. Who ever designed this needs to be shot and then shot again!
