I tried to change my Distance to Empty for my ARB Frontier Tank but I couldn’t find the right option….

I have put a picture of the adapter that I’m using and the screen where the DTE Option should be….

I can't say if your adapter will work or not, some don't see all modules.
I am sure the Fuel Tank Size is changed in the non as built IPC module
Once you change that the vehicle will recalibrate the DTE
If you can't see the module then your adapter will be the reason.
The ARB 140Lt tank is 136lt usable

Non asbuilt IPC that is BCM, as Ross siad if you cannot see IPC module then your adaptor should be binned.

Compatible units in the store if required.
