FG Mk1 single zone and reverse camera

Hope I can get some help here with a FG. My dad has a mk1 FG with a Mk2 touch screen installed. He recently replaced the screen as the other one had died. I was looking in for scan but I can't figure out how to enable the reverse camera and change it to single zone.
Apparently the screen came out of a Ute so no camera.
Do I need to provide as built data?
Is there a more appropriate site I should be asking this on?
