Hi all, Ranger Wildtrak PX2 2017 with significant mods and accessories for travelling and camping. Recently had some issues with with one of the blend door motors and also parking sensors in an ARB Summit bar (with winch and flip-up Rego plate holder). These resolved and happy to share the experience with others who suffering similar problems. Currently seeking to enable Dark mode via Forscan and need advice on licence level required to facilitate this. I will search but if anyone can offer a short cut to relevant posts, I'd be grateful.

Hi.
Give this a read and you should be good to go
https://www.saeb.net/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=14
You will need a full licence to access all the modules & there is a limited time free one available from the Forscan site

Thanks RossPat. Obtained limited time licence and have managed to enable Dark Mode by changing BCM 726-58-02 to 0101-0101-0187 from 0000-0000-0087. As expected, this change inhibits interior lights, too, but not the screen. What I am missing is the option to enable/disable Dark Mode in the small screen menu. I have found a reference on the ranger5g.com website citing two changes, neither of which correspond to the above. These comprise making 726-32-01 (xxxx x#xx xxxx) where 0 = Disabled (Default) and 1 = Enabled. Also says 720-04-01 (xxx# xxxx xxxx) 0/1 Add 4 to the value as shown below: 4 = Disabled (Default) 5 = Enabled. I confess I don't fully understand the last comment/instruction. I think it means if xxx# is xxx0, change it to xxx4 to Disable, if it's xxx1, make it xxx5 to Enable. Is that correct? Also, I'm bewildered by the fact that the modules to be changed are different to those I gleaned from this site (as listed above). Any insight?
