ARB's answer to noisy rear leafs

This is ARB's answer to make your suspension quiet again. Average at best I think, I really do not want to be adding grease. Anyway this will be on going and will be dealing with head office again.

I just had ARB paki remove my rear leafs and rebuild with new style pads and bushes at 40 thou seams to have stopped it so far

Changes in engineering are in progress. ARB does admit all these changes are a temporary fix rather than a long term fix. My issue is the use of so much grease to make the client happy for now.

Anyone with issues needs to contact ARB direct to let the problem be known. The more complaints to the warranty team the faster progress will be made by ARB. I will not go into the full conversation.

My rear ARB leaf springs are only 9500 k's old so they are hardly "settled" but sure, they squeaked from new and I found that a spray can of silicon/lithium grease fixed it instantly and I simply give the spring packs a quick spray after each wash ( I use a pressure cleaner after every bush foray )
