Got mine a while back without issues.
They are usually good with support
All you can do is keep trying, I think the US is a bit crazy at the moment with the virus & fires.

Never had an issue and ordered 2 the other day and had them within a week.

You emailed Fedex or Ultragauge?

I'm about to buy an Ultraguage MX1.4 (need to access ATF temps in my Ranger XLT). I see there are a few online sellers in Australia, but where do most of the users here purchase them from? Are there preferred overseas sellers and how much should I expect to pay if purchasing from US.

I placed the order on Monday 14th December and the UltraGauge was delivered on Monday 22nd December. It got from Oregon USA to Sydney within 36hrs with FedEx and then took 5 days to be delivered from there to Adelaide by TNT. Overall not bad, but room for improvement on the Aussie end!

I also ordered a bracket and vertical surface mount from Stuart at the same time. It arrived on Friday 18th which surprised me. I expected longer from Australia Post, LoL. Thanks Stuart.

Setup and programming went well with just one hitch. The UltraGauge couldn't determine a protocol when connected to the rear OBDII port. It just kept scanning until it went into low power mode. It did this several times. I changed to the front (white) port and it scanned the 11CAN protocol and downloaded 56 gauges immediately. After setting everything up and entering some custom gauges I set the Force Protocol option to force it to use 11CAN and tried it in the rear port again and it worked fine. Did anyone else have this issue?

G'day
I finally got around to buying one just before Christmas. $32 US express delivery, with some other bits. Only took 4 or 5 days to get here.
Stewarts ink jet mounts are fantastic. Only took a couple of days to Wollongong.
Just trying to figure it all out now. Amazingly small.
Cheers

Unless you are going to stick it to the top of the dash then I find the vertical mount to be a better option in most cases. For the price of an extra adaptor I would just order both mounts.
