Hi All

Anyone know how I get the “tyre reset” menu up on the dash?
I have installed the new sensors and activated in the BCM and IPC area using forscan, however still don’t get the menu option on the dash (even though it says “enabled” in both areas. What am I missing? 2017 Everest Trend.

Are you looking in the correct spot?

Should be under driver assist menu from memory.

Hi All

Just to close this one out, something was going on with my IPC file.
Sent my IPC asbuilt to Stewart, he worked his magic and bang, all fixed. TPMS menu is now visible in my driver assist menu and all seems to be working perfectly!!

I don't believe it exists due to the PX3 already showing Tyre Pressures.

What is it you are trying to achieve?

Hi Saeb Thank You for the reply, mine is Ranger Raptor which i am able to activate the tyre pressure menu but i am not able to find the "tyre reset" option in the menu. Guess there are something i missed. I saw somewhere before there are the option for "tyre reset" but couldn't find back where i saw it. it is same page on the "tyre pressure"

manage to find it...inside the pxiii ranger manual book showing Tyre monitor and Tyre pressure. I am only able to get Tyre pressure. Any possible to get the "Tyre monitor" as there is for reset purpose.

So the assumption is, I'd if there is a fault the press and hold on will appear in the tyre gauge area. Let a tyre down to below 30 psi to see what happens.

I'm unsure what you are actually trying to reset anyway, what is it you want to actually reset and for what reason?

Also I note the book is in US english so never assume just because something in the manual that it actually exists. At least 4 items in the PX2 owners book do not exist or are not in the firmware.

Hi Stewart, Thanks for replying.
I have tried to hold the ok button but nothing. I thought the additional reset button can help to set new tyre pressure which indicate in the manual book. It is ranger px iii manual book I downloaded from Ford Australia website. I was thinking I might missed something in the IPC. Should be like your said.. It is not exist . Thanks A lot Steward.

They use different part number on sensors over there and for whatever reason I could not get PX2 or PX3 sensors to train to the vehicle. They still need to be programmed in initially, whichever way the Raptor I was working on at the time locally would not accept either sensors.

From memory he used the standard TPMS programming tool. They are in the store and arrive this week if you need one but I'm giving no guarantees on an outcome.

Hi all, if anyone can help will be very very appreciated.
Vehicle is a Raptor My19.75
Recently fitted with new wheels with new TPMS sensors SN F2GZ-1A189-G EN F2GT-1A180-DD .
In Forscan DTC BdyCM Code U0559 - Invalid Data Received From Radio Transciever.
Tried clearing it but code still there. Tried activate/relearn using SAEB's TPMS tool but the car or sensor not responding. Thank you in advance for any help or advice to clear/sort this out. My goal eventually is to be able to view real time tyre pressure values in the IPC display same as above post by swt123.

You have a PX2 so enable TPMS in the IPC and it should be in driver assist/Tyres. You cannot view pressures.

Hi Jip I did that but still does not show up, my Sensors also don’t want to train I thought they worked but they didn’t asoon as I drove there is an error that shows up in the cluster “Tyre pressure system malfunction” or something like that. I tried everything to train them but staring to look like the sensors or the training tool are not working. The vehicle does go into training mode and says train left front tyre but it just doesn’t. It Sucks thinking of just going aftermarket any suggestions?

Do you have a dash cam or a clip on reversing screen or other electronic gadget near the top of the screen, or in that general vicinity? If so, switch them off or disconnect them and try again.

I have the same issue and mine won't train with them on as they intetfere with the tpms antenna in the roof lining. I also get the occasional error while driving, but I tend to ignore it now.

Actually Yes I have an Etag(electronic pay for toll gates) just behind my mirror will remove it and check if it might be causing problems.
Thanks
