2019 Everest

Hi Everyone,
Just on here to help a friend out with his Everest. There is a feature called "Auto Engine Off" - This is a completely different system to "auto stop start" but because the wording is so similar this problem is very very hard to google.
After about half an hour of idling the engine shuts off automatically. Unless this feature is specifically turned off in the the dash menu every time he starts the car it does this. I managed to disable the menu in the IPC using Forescan but it did not remedy this problem. My mate managed to have the feature removed with his previous PX2 Ranger so we know it can be done- Just not sure how for 2019 Everest 3.2
Any advice would be greatly appreciated,
