Is there a way to reprogram the radar from the center position to right side (like UA1) i have a rhino 4x4 bar on my 20.75 Everest and I need to move the radar so I dont smash it is there a way to do this?

Basically no it cannot be programmed for a location but a re calibration of the CCM module in Forscan should be enough for it to relearn. They will self learn during the procedure and MAY be enough to get you out of trouble.
