Service Procedure Interrupted

Hi,

I've just installed Forscan and set it up properly, I'm using a dongle bought from Stewart.

I've been able to successfully go into the non Asbuilt BCM menu and change battery SOC to 90% and disable the double beep when you get out with the engine running and keys in your pocket. It has no problem writing at all.

I'm unable to make any changes in the non Asbuilt IPC module, each time I go to write it fails with an error "Service Procedure has been interrupted."
Depending on what I try to change in the IPC module, the fail happens at a different % of the write procedure.

I've reinstalled all drivers for the dongle, the software seems to be working for the BCM module to change, the battery voltage is 10.8 at it's lowest.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Ben

I'd connect a battery charger to the car while your playing with Forscan. If your battery voltage drops too low, the write process could get interrupted.

mine did exactly the same with the latest version 2.3.42
I went back to version 2.3.41 and it works perfectly.

Thanks all, got it working by going back a version.

Battery had jumped up to 11.4v, so good to see the SOC change at work.
