2015-2017 Ranger

Issue: Some 2015-2017 Ranger and Everest/Endeavour RHD vehicles may experience a flapping/buffeting noise from the HVAC unit when the air direction is set to front windscreen or floor mode, the HVAC unit is blowing hot air and on fan speed 2 - 4.

Action: Should a vehicle present with the above concern, technicians are advised to follow the Service Procedure below. NOTE: This TSB should only be carried out on a customer complaint basis only.

Mine will be going in soon. Have been trying to figure out what the noise is. Does it with engine off..
