reversing LED lightbar

hi guys ! just purchased a 2017 ranger and want to add a LED light under the rear bar ,can i wire this in to the reversing circuit without the bcm detecting current draw ,just like they do with hi beam led lights.

Hi, I think that would depend on the current draw.

I have 2 led lights on the towbar, one each end but the pair draw less than 1 amp.

I have no idea how much you can draw before errors,

Wait for Stewar, he will know.

I have a small led bar/work light connected directly to the reversing light circuit. Been like it 2 years now without an issue. Being globes as standard, I think there's a bit of lee way with available current draw.
