I have this exact issue, but it took a while before it appeared and it is not a Ford Bullbar, its a Dobinson.
Should Ford still honour this fix even though not their Bullbar?
If Ford don't want to do it, can I do it with only Forscan? Does Forscan report the angles?
Cheers.

Depends how often it happens, my MY15 still does it on occasion for no reason. Be doubtful Ford will come to the party though.

Run CCM calibration from withing Forscan in service area and follow the prompts. See if it helps.

My question would be does the adaptive cruise drop off while driving or on startup? If it is startup maybe the voltage drop is too much and the vehicle shuts down non-essential items. It used to happen to my FG Falcons (taxi's) when their batteries started to die and not enough umpf to start up all the systems and the vehicle.
Happens to me a bit / sometimes but doesn't bother me as I just shut down and restart.
