This should now be resolved and can be downloaded here download/FORScanSetup.SAEB.exe
We have reverted back to continue with low voltage or cancel. There were too many variables with different adaptors.
Forscan 2.3.19 beta will be released in the coming days and will have these fixes implemented.
I have some PX3 logs I will also pass through today.
