Ranger Mods

Hey guys. I got my FORScan dongle today and made quite a few changes to my Ranger that I've been trying to have the dealer sort out for a while.
I'm just curious if you can get or if anyone knows of a similar software that may work on other vehicle makes.
In particular toyota, isuzu and suzuki?
My wife's daily is a new vitara and our family car is a Prado.
Id love to be able to change some things in them as well.

TechStream is the Toyota product. Allows limited BCM configuration (I don't think you can stop the drivers door beep) but has some good scanning capability to monitor engine sensors.
I don't think I've seen a copy that wasn't fake or cracked and not sure if Win10 supports it.

Techstream will work on Windows 10 but you need to run virtual box which runs Windows xp on your laptop. I have the cable and techstream loaded but have not had a toyota to try it on.

I had to buy the cable but the program download is free, I believe just an old hacked version but does the job.

As per Catherder. Techstream.

Works fine on WIN10 and does not require a VM, module customising is minimal to none and door chimes cannot be turned off.

Tested on a MY21 Hilux recently to pull some custom PIDs.

Any tricks to get it to work on WIN 10? I didn't work for me, or maybe I've got a bad cable?

No idea. It just works, no tricks.

I have had it for about 12 months and at time the way I had found online was free download of techstream and Virtual Box and buy a $40 cable and it worked as per the instructions.

I didnt try to do it any other way.

Stewart are you able to say where you got the Techstream from, and what version? I have version 12.20.024
