Clmate control not working.

Hi.My climate contrl screen has stopped working.Any ideas why.All functions are on screen,however when i touch them nothing works.Also clock has gone missing.

Do a reset of the Sync 3 and see if it returns. Settings/General.
Basically it cannot see the FCIM/Climate module. Do the hard buttons below the Sync 3 work for heating, cooling, fan etc. ?

The hard buttons work ,but they only do screen and demist.I can also control temp and fan from my lhs dash screen,but it does not show on screen.??

Forget the screen, the Sync 3 has nothing to do with it.
It is a FCIM issue.
You have read DTCs for the FCIM to look for any issues?
