Hi all,

I tried to turn the traction control off on my px3 ranger and nothing seems to work. If I press for one second or hold the button down for 5 or 10 seconds nothing happens.

Has anyone had this problem before?

Kind regards

Pete

Have you done any changes in FORScan?

I had the same problem and Saeb helped me out.
He downloaded the asbuilt file for my vin and reloaded it and the problem was fixed.

I then did my changes that I had done in FORScan again and have never had the problem since.
That was 2 yrs ago.

with traction control and I don’t Even know if there is and changes that could be made to traction control, Unless I have changes something by accident.??

I went through forscan to see if there is anything that could be done with the non asbuilts and I couldn’t see anything about traction control..

The last asbuilt changes I have some was about 8 months ago..

There is usually an asbuilt change that stops it from working. Never spent the time to track it down. Feel free to send IPC.abt backup to me and will go through it.

Best way is to put IPC back to stock as it will rule out other issues.

Just the IPC, traction control button is wired directly to IPC.

I didn’t have to do anything. After jumping back in the car I pressed the button and it’s all good now. Maybe just had the leave the car off for 5 mins.. all back to normal now..

Thanks again
