I have a 2008, PJ. I have an ELM 327 bluetooth clone and run forscan on android. I can see basic functions and data and can reset codes etc. I also have Torque pro and forsys that show similar info. I see the OBD2 dongles that have usb cables and a switch, and I understand that in order to get full functionality, I require a laptop and a licence. My question is, what added options and functions will I get from the pc version on my PJ. Mine is the later XL with airbags (seats) and ABS etc. Happy to upgrade and spend a little if I can see gains of benefits.
Thanks

Unfortunately I have never looked at a PJ.

It may have the electronics of a PX1, but I wouldn't want to say for sure. My guess is it will not be as smart as a PX1 and you may gain nothing from having the PC version as there is most likely nothing you can change.

In my opinion I would say stick with what you have to monitor unless you prepared to spend some dollars just to see if anything else is available.
