SSM 46247 - Vehicles Equipped with SYNC2 -'Insert Nav SD Card' Message Displayed on the 8"Touchscreen with Loss of Bluetooth/USB Connectivity and/or Navigation Inoperative

Some vehicles equipped with SYNC2 may experience a loss of Bluetooth/USB connectivity and/or the satellite navigation function inoperative with an ‘Insert Nav SD Card’ message displayed on the 8” touchscreen. Should a vehicle present with the condition(s) above, technicians are advised to reprogram the SYNC module to version 3.10. For additional information, refer to Workshop Manual Section 415-00C. Please use service labor operation number 10999X, claim 0.3 hours and refer to this SSM when completing a claim. SSM: 46247
