Hi guys,
My Ultragauge arrived 2 days ago, Ford preconfigured, for my 2018 Titanium.
Plugged into rear OBD port
did some configuring
Noticed that it would shut down after car turned off, but not turn on unless button on back pressed.
Changed the power setting from (something)2 to (something)0 and all seemed ok
Didnt use car yesterday
Went out this morning, car wouldnt unlock with remote
Used key, then turned on ignition. Nothing

Multimeter on battery should 6v

This is a 9 month old AGM start/Stop battery, so it shouldnt be faulty.

Wouldnt expect the Ultragauge to flatten a battery, but ....

Any ideas :?:

UPDATE: Plugged in UltraGauge amd getting a Pending Code - P204f (if thats relevant)
Regards

Yes the ultra gauge will flatten your battery if the power on/off settings are incorrect. I ended up useing mode2 for the power up setting.
I posted an explanation in the ultra gauge sub forum.
As for the code can't help with that, try clearing it and see what happens.

Use Mode 2 or it will flatten the battery quickly.
It warns you about that in the owners manual.

Battery Drain
This discussion generally applies to newer vehicles which use the CAN protocol or vehicles with electrical system issues. When the ignition is switched from RUN to OFF, the vehicle's electrical system modules stay active drawing battery power for several minutes. Over time various systems enter lower power modes and the drain on the battery decreases. However, UltraGauge can cause these systems to not enter low power mode.
Mode 2 resolves this issue.

If you still have issue, do a factory reset on the unit. Found this generally fixes power issues without changg mode.

Try both.
